I had an awful experience with the service. The staff refused to accept any form of ID card when I tried to transfer my money to another bank. As a result, I wasted a lot of time and got nowhere. Very disappointing.

Froze my account when I was abroad and I didn't have any access to my money, had to contact the British embassy for help. Every time I called them I was speaking to a call centre in India where the level of English was really bad and I couldn't understand them. Avoid this bank at all costs!

Argumentative staff, didn’t know their own policy, kept contradicting themselves and what was written on their own website, when pointing this out wouldn’t lodge a complaint when asked to.
