Absolutely shocking. Two staff sat around talking whilst one guy deals with customers. Sat here for 30mins waiting for our appointment whilst the staff are chatting. No apologies or explanation.

TSB on the whole are terrible the fact I have to come into a branch to move my money from one tsb account to the other is absurd. I have been on the phone 5 times all saying opposing things and all being equally unhelpful. TSB is the worst bank I have come across do not waste your time with them it’s.
