Room rather small for the amount we paid. Bathroom dirty. Female reception had attitude and was blunt. Traffic noise all day and night Basic TV even for a hotel room Food was hit and miss. However the location was amazing.

The staff are really kind but not sure if they're short on staff members especially with housekeeping and reception. I didn't have to wait a crazy amount of time when I checked in but it's a shame the person at reception has to equally deal with requests from the bar meaning you have to wait for food while they check people... read full comment
