Yodel machine never ever working. Staff don’t seem bothered. On the rare occasion it has worked, they lost one of my parcels for over a week and lied about it. Basically just go to another Yodel drop off because this store is useless.

lady on the till is very rude. Dont know why. But definatley comes across as unhelpful. She nearly always places the receipt on the counter and never hands it you. Wow!!! learn some manners
