“I usually shop online but went into store to have a piercing with a gift card and my experience was lovely. Staff signed me in immediately, even though I was early! Their piercer Jennine was lovely, talked me through the jewellery and took time to help me. At the start of my appointment she talked me through after care and how the piercing is likely to feel. Got me to focus on my breathing while she prepped everything then it was done! Quick, easy and painless. The whole experience was faultless! Love this store and their jewellery”

“I am delighted with Wylde Jewellers in Clifton Village. They couldn't have been more helpful when my daughter and I visited about repairs for a pearl earring and two rings. For example, they pointed out that on the ring I'd earmarked just for cleaning and polishing, the fixings around the citrine stone were loosening and needed attention, too, which I hadn't noticed but could have meant us losing the stone. Their attention to detail is amazing. They've been extremely kind about mending a frail gold and diamante ring that needed a great deal of repair work but was of sentimental value because it had belonged to my daughter's grandmother. They simply couldn't have done any more for us. I would highly recommend them.I have mobility issues and they also assisted with placing their temporary ramp outside their shop for my wheelchair, so accessibility is no problem.”

“I ordered a watch online and chose the Bristol Goldsmiths in Cabot Circus as my collection point. My confirmation email arrived the next day but as I was unable to pick it up before it closed I decided to pick it up the next day.As my order wasn't the most expensive (£400-£500) compared to the majority of watches that Goldsmiths sell, I was half expecting to just turn up give my order reference number collect my order and leave.Boy was I wrong! Despite my appearance in my work gear and the relatively inexpensive item I had ordered, I was treated with the upmost curtesy from the start and was asked to sit in a very comfortable chair in the middle of the showroom.I feel very sorry for the member of staff that helped me as despite being extremely professional, I regrettably had to decline the offered drink and later watch bracelet adjustment as I was on a bit of a tight schedule.The member of staff filled out my warranty card, handled my watch with an emerald cotton glove and was very complimentary about my choice in watch. Whenever the member of staff had to retrieve anything I was never at any point left on my own for very long and we also had a bit of general watch banter.The member of staff could sense that I was in a rush but despite this he never lost focus or professionalism in helping me. I'm just sorry that I didn't have time to enjoy what I'm sure would have been a very unique and fantastic experience of simply picking up an online watch order.”
