Having been to a few stores with no joy, I went to the Cribbs Causeway store in the hope they'd have it in stock. I was served by Lauren who truly went above and beyond! Though they didn't have the bracelet in stock, they arranged for a refund to a gift card and a repurchase from online stock. with the bracelet delivered to my home address the following day.
