I ordered a watch online and chose the Bristol Goldsmiths in Cabot Circus as my collection point. Great experience. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but Constantine who took us through the watches was particularly helpful and set us at ease. Unfortunately the model my nephew chose wasn’t available at Goldsmiths at the time, otherwise we would have definitely purchased with you.

Staff are sound. Took links out of my watch free of charge as opposed to going to timpsons where they charge £12.50.
