    2 Months ago Nationwide did an international transfer for me. It was received but NOT by the intended person or the bank which has confirmed this in writing. I have been waiting for a 'letter' from Nationwide's head office for 2 weeks and told to be patient. Not once have any of the staff offered an apology for the destress... read full comment
