“I went to deposit a chariyy collection (comprising LOTS of coins and bank notes) to Nationwide in Wokingham and the staff was so patient and helpful ?. I was stressed because it was getting close to closing time and I just had a bad experience in a different bank (where they closed their cash counter at 2.30pm ?).
