She even informed me that i was not registered for mobile banking and helped me to get that up and running too.”

“Popped in on Saturday to close an account after I phoned main helpline and they said I would only need to pop in with debit card and proof of ID.When I got there, I was told I needed to arrange an appointment.... for 4 days time. It would have been good to have been told that by the telephone helpline to save me a wasted journey into CamberleySo, I went back today for the appointment. The staff were very friendly and attentive, but the appointment was 15 minutes late in starting, which impacted my lunch hour from work.However, the whole process took less than 10 minutes to complete, so very efficient once it was started”
