2 Months ago Nationwide did an international transfer for me. It was received but NOT by the intended person or the bank which has confirmed this in writing. I have been waiting for a 'letter' from Nationwide's head office for 2 weeks and told to be patient. Not once have any of the staff offered an apology for the destress or inconvenience caused. Absolutely disgraceful.

I went to deposit a chariyy collection (comprising LOTS of coins and bank notes) to Nationwide in Wokingham and the staff was so patient and helpful ?. I was stressed because it was getting close to closing time and I just had a bad experience in a different bank (where they closed their cash counter at 2.30pm ?).
All the staff at Nationwide did everything to put me at ease. Thank you Lynda and Co for being so friendly and helping me calm down ??

Last of a vanishing set of branches. Took 4 appointments to open a new account (actually didn't manage to open one, due to many pointless restrictions)

I went into the branch to sort out an issue with my account. Was greeted by Simon who went out of his way to help me with my problem. Excellent customer service and made me feel reassured something will be done to fix my issues. Can't fault this branch, one of the best. :)

I went in to Nationwide to obtain documentation. As soon as I entered I had to first wait which was fine but when I did get served at the counter I was basically told nothing could be done! Desperate for these documents I asked for a way for it to get done and was then served by Adam who went above and beyond to help me. Honestly speaking without Adam it would have been a completely different review. The knowledge and willingness to help me (even though the branch was about to close) was best to none. Thank you so much!
