Useless staff - bought 2 gift cards for Christmas - zara put money on one and not the other - very unhelpful and rude when I returned to try and sort it out. Left with same empty gift card unresolved!!

The store is very dated in its style, fixtures etc which is usually fine, but in this case the shop was incredibly, incredibly messy. You usually expect Zara to be a bit messy as they never seem to have enough staff, but this branch is something else.
