Came today to see what they offering on sale.Didnt stay long as service there on top floor is terrible and unprofessional, 2 teenagers were talking boy and blond girl ,staring on customer and instead of greeting or offering help we're gossiping about customers,felt so uncomfortable and left immediately,Not happy to go ba k very soon,shame

Useless staff - bought 2 gift cards for Christmas - zara put money on one and not the other - very unhelpful and rude when I returned to try and sort it out. Left with same empty gift card unresolved!!

The store is very dated in its style, fixtures etc which is usually fine, but in this case the shop was incredibly, incredibly messy. You usually expect Zara to be a bit messy as they never seem to have enough staff, but this branch is something else. Every table without fail had a mountain of other clothes piled high, and rails which were also messy with miscellaneous pieces. After a quick walk around, we decided that attempting to find anything we liked was pointless, and promptly left. Such a disappointing experience even for Zara?s standards.

Your in store elevator for wheelchair and pushchair users has been out of order for at least 6 months. Clearly this issue has been neglected. When will you prioritise fixing this in order to restore equal access for all?

Dont know what it is about this Zara. Staff are so miserable and look like theyd rather be anywhere else. Queue times are long with no effort to reduce them or an apology. Once they had 3 people dealing with a customer who was obviously trying to return something which was out of reciept time... i had to suggest that they take her to one side to free up the till so that the ever lengthening queue could be dealt with... during the sale so many items which were not on sale in the sale area so you would queue up with an item only to find out it was not on sale. Poor amd painful. The security guard is the only smile i got in this place!

Aircon seemed to be broken so the changing room was like a sauna. Dust balls all over the floor of the changing room, no idea when it was last cleaned. The lift was out of order so those unable to go down the escalator wouldn't be able to get down to men's or children's section. There were 3 tills for check out but only 1 was working - the other 2 were cash only which hardly anyone could use. The queue was huge because of this, and although the staff can't necessarily fix the broken tills, there was no apology to any customers for the wait. Feedback shared directly with Zara as there was a QR code by the door to share feedback on store experience.

Very shocked at how messy the store was (and I?m male). Visiting from overseas so not sure if it is the overwhelming attitude from customers or staff but tons of clothing just slung and left on floor. Such a shame this seems acceptable.

Usually like their products but got frustrated as some item beeped at the exit, and had to wait there for like 20 min untill they looked at what it was as none of security or employee could figure it out ( kids knickers had a tiny labeled on the inside of the tiny tag on the individual product , I found out at home as they just told me to leave it as they can't figure it out, which frustrated me even more) l understand security it there for a reason and most cases are actually theft but just make sure the cashiers are detagging properly at the till to avoid this for customers that actually pay, it's embarrassing to stand by the door like a thief while security goes through your bag and scans the knickers you bought one by one while others pass by..

Bought a dress for my gf in the sale at Windsor . The dress was in the rack saying all at £15.99. When I got to the till it came up at £25. The young cashier who was very polite asked for the Manager.The Manager, Anna, was rude and just said ? if you want it at £25 then take it ? I understand items get placed by customers in wrong areas but at no time did she apologise for my inconvenience. She put the dress aside and walked on with no acknowledgment. The Manager needs to reflect on her customer service skills and remember without customers she would not have a job.I actually feel for the staff there if she treats customers like this.
