Went to pick up an online order. I asked a sales advisor to grab my parcel and instead of helping she sent me to find someone else just because apparently she did not had an ipod? i mean you work there you could grab one from the tills instead of sending to find someone else. If i could give 0 stars i would. No customer service whatsoever

Today I visited the shop and when I got to the tills Gen was extremely helpful and kind, she has an excellent customer service even tho the store was extremely busy, she gave a great service. Thank you:)

You really need to train your staff!! Specially the Asian ones! Literly just went to shop and the staff is extremely rude!!! I rather go somewhere else then shop at Windsor Zara! Ridiculous!!!

Unfriendly staff, poor customer service is my main issue in this store, in addition to products on the shelves being dusty/worn out and dont give a ?new? look. We were looking for a briefcase for men and it seemed like there was only one piece (although the stock check machine said there should be 2 on the shop floor) in the Windsor store, so didn?t have much choice but to buy the same one as we urgently needed one. Not a happy customer here!

Amazing customer service from everyone,from the security guy to the cashier Anna,who had a lot of patience with my return(i think i have had 50 items). Everyone was polite and helpful. I? reading the comments and i can?t believe what people are saying; guys,you need to think that the cashiers are not just at the tills,they have other tasks also and the industry now is cutting the expenses in every store, ie less staff,same amount of work? So if you want a tidy store,then don?t throw everything on the floor,put them back on the hangers or shelves. Anyway,thank you Anna for your patience!

Same as every other Zara. Girls behind the counter can struggle time to time to serve customers quickly.
