Worst experience of my life, went shopping at 11 night time to miss the big crowds with my newborn baby, did a big weekly shop and had to feed crying baby. Two weeks later they had sent me a £80 parking charge for being in the car park for 10 minutes too long!!! There were queues at the self check out with no till open.... read full comment
