“The quality of the food is excellent. Variety of products is good but not the best. The shop is also clean and the staff are helpfull. Personally i find it a bit more expensive than it should be especially for things like fruit and vegetables (whose quality is not always consistent/good). Lastly i dont like the constant rearrangement of products. It makes shopping tiring and time consuming.”

“Thank you Sasha at tills in Newlook Reading.
I walked in to the store with only one sandal as the other foot broke. I was a little distressed after having to walk with bear footed.
Manage to find a replacement that fit and was greeted by Sasha who was so friendly, patient and just put me at eased.

I was struggling to make a decision, but one of their staff members was able to provide amazing insight, even advising me on Crep Protect to prevent damage in the future, as well as keeping them smelling fresh after my runs. I didn't catch his name but he was a young tall blonde man, and I would highly recommend him to anyone coming to JD.”

“I had been to Minster Street Hobbs in Reading. It was an amazing experience. Elsa had very kindly helped me select the right piece. She has a good eye in matching dresses with occasion proper accessories, scarves, cardigans and shoes. She took out time and very patiently helped me out with each and every dress, advised me on right size, helped me find them. Without Elsa I would have never been able to find my new favourite pink dress.
I would rate 5* to Elsa and Hobbs.”
