Paula could not have been more helpful to my 13 year old daughter as she opened her first bank account. Doing this at Lloyds (where I have banked for 40 years) proved to be too difficult because she does not have a current passport. We had wasted a Saturday morning in a Lloyds branch, a few hours online and on the phone....
