Need a little more signage to get in and out. Not being locals, we came in through one side entrance and couldn't work out how to get to the front. A bit confusing. Luckily JL customers are great and two people overheard us and helped us out.

I received an apple macbook, (and opened the box). It's not powerful enough to run what i needed, this was realised in 10min. I packaged it up, booked a return, and took it to my local Waitrose who accepted the return. I was contacted by JL who had refused the return because i'd 'opened the box.
