“Had the kids back 2 school fitting service done today. Normally I dread it. Both my children are SEN and the thought of having measurements taken normally sends them into a tail spin. Then factor into it that they’ll be getting new shoes. It’s enough to make you never want to enter the shop with them. The service today though was incredible! I left with two happy children and four new pairs of shoes! Sean was amazing with them. Kind, Patient, and took his time to listen to what they wanted. I really can’t praise this place enough. Management are definitely doing something right here because we’ve never had this outcome with any other Clarks shop.”

“.went to get cress and pea shoots today for my daughter in maidenhead, M and S .could not find them .then a man on a ladder stacking food. Asked what I was looking for .. big smile found it straight away. Found out he was a manager from another member of staff. She said he was new to being a manager but was really a good manager.
