“I had ordered some trainers in the sale in store ? - by the time they were delivered (in store) the price had further reduced. When I checked this on the chat line - asking if I could get the difference refunded - they were to say the least unhelpful BUT visiting the store the manager could not have been more helpful - my trainers had just arrived in store - she immediately sorted the relevant refund and I came away a very happy customer. Thank goodness for managers like this and bad show for the “help!! Chat-line … I shall purchase again - in the Marlow Store.”
