“5 ⭐'s for Footlocker because they're still open for business when other retailers have closed down, BUT (there's always a but!) like so many other sneaker sport stores atm they are not stocking or don't have in stock (1 of the employees said & i quote "We are not receiving any stock & don't know why?) the larger sizes.Big boy size 10's. On this weekends buying frenzy i got a refund on a pair bought from Footlocker Oxford St because there was nothing to trade due to the sizes being fresh out!”

The staff in this store, are so friendly and helpful and sure provide a 5* customer service. The ladies department and home department has a lot of choice and the store overall is spacious.”

“Whenever I want to buy something I usually have no problem, except that the fitting room is sometimes locked (but staff usually open it up within a few minutes). Other than that, the staff are really kind, the infrastructures good and the queues are never too long.”

“After reading through the reviews of the next Slough store I’m actually shocked at how many negative reviews there.
The staff are the most friendliest I have come across, most being there for years! Yes is a smaller store as it’s only temporary so we are lucky to still have a Slough store! What will everyone do when this closes down? Customers are quick to rate negatively but will soon be panicking when the store is no longer there and they can’t collect their parcel!
Unfortunately everywhere nowadays is moving to online, it’s not just next, so of course there will be less stock in the stores. The queues for parcels are only ever an issue when there has been a sale from what I have experienced and the volumes of parcels that come into the store are high! Next do offer home delivery so if you don’t want to wait for a parcel then pay the £20 a year for home delivery!? Just remember the staff have feelings. They are paid minimum wage and are just trying to do the best they can. Need to be more considerate.”

“I always find discounted shoes here. There's quite a lot of trainers for everyone. I love the swimming costumes especially for mothers and children. Conveniently there were quite a lot of children's football socks and accessories too! Love the footballs, and perfumes too. Lastly there's some affordable suitcases for children which have lasted a few years. Overall I am content visiting this store instead of going to the busier one in Uxbridge.”
