“Me and the family were window shopping with no intent to buy. After the entering the store we were greeted with smiles and ever so helpful staff. We were impressed with the choice the styles available and especially the quality of the Shalwar kameez's. Their prices are very reasonable too with some great offers. When serving us they could just about tell our sizes just by looking at you which goes to show how experienced they are. We really appreciated how the young assistant gave her full undivided attention even with other customers in the store and did not feel like we were being rushed. We ended up buying three lovely outfits when we were actually just browsing. Glad we walked in!”

“Primark is one of the most affordable retailers and offers great value for money. It’s a convenient option for everyday wear and short-term use. Personally, I often buy formal shirts for two or three wears before donating them to charity. Whether it’s trousers, polo shirts, or items for kids, adults, and women—from clothing and footwear to accessories—Primark provides a wide range of choices.

However, the quality can be inconsistent. For example, after just one wash, a blue polo shirt faded to black and a black one turned grey. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing gift items from the store.

That said, the brand has strong potential to improve its quality and capture a wider market. With some enhancements, it could become a leading choice. Overall, Primark remains a good value-for-money option.”

“Lots of variety of men, ladies and girls clothing at reasonable price,but boys section is not big enough.
Home section is quite big as well. Matalan sends offers time to time which makes shopping easier here.
Matalan Luton has self checkout option as well which means less time standing and waiting in queues.
PS; It has 2 hours free parking for customers.”

“JtAphhrique is my go to place to get all my dresses sown, whether an African style or any other. Joyce is always so helpful, very friendly and patient, and her tailor always does an amazing job. I used JtAphrique for my wedding dress and change over outfits, and each one was sown to perfection. Thank you so much JtAphrique for making my wedding day so special!!!Also introduced my friends to JtAphrique services for a friends wedding, and they absolutely adored their dresses.The shop itself, has some very nice ready made clothes for both men, women and children and lots of other accessories, like bags and jewllery, which I have purchased. I would also highly recommend their Lechi Shea butter which my husband bought as one of his many pre wedding gifts for me… a bit pricey, but really high quality Shea butter. I must say that JtAphrique is probably the only African clothing store (and there is not that many out there) that has a very wide range of clothes and accessories to buy. Their website seems to only have a handful of what they actually sell inside the store, so well worth taking a trip to their Luton store. (they also occasionally do pop up shop tours inside John Lewis department stores, so worth following them on Tik Tok and Instagram to know when their next tour is, in case they may come to a John Lewis near you)?”

“This is my go-to H&M, it has a great selection of styles (both smart and casual) whilst also being much more quiet than Oxford Street. I always find what I need there, for every occasion and in my size. There is a lift which makes access much easier when I'm with the buggy.”

“The store managed to have what I needed. The quality of clothes is good. There are not many ready made clothes at the shop as it deals with more tailer made clothing. Which is very good it is better to invest in 3 to 4 suits which may include waist coats etc. Then you can mix and match for different occasions. It saves a lot of hastle going to different shops and trying different clothing that is ready made. I was very pleased with the waist coat I purchased from Adam buksh. I would recommend any one one going for any formal events to pop in and check it out. Custermer service is very good. Very help full”

“I really enjoy shopping at River Island in Luton. The store has a clean, modern vibe and always feels well-organized, which makes browsing easy... They’ve got a great mix of trendy and premium fashion pieces for both men and women. I’ve found everything from casual basics to standout outfits here. The quality of the clothes is solid, and the designs feel current without being over the top. Staff are always friendly and happy to help without being pushy. “We found really nice presents for our nephews - toys and very good quality reasonably priced Ralph Lauren trousers and shirts. Clothes are very nicely laid out. It's probably on the smaller side of TK Maxx stores but it wasn't over crowded and it definitely didn't feel overwhelmingly messy.”

“Some really nice designs available here. I got a heavily embroidered material here for Eid and it was gorgeous. In fact, I got an additional one for a family member too. The trouser material looked really good in store but when I took it to the tailor, she said it would not last even a few hours, which is a shame because I thought it would be outstanding quality for the price I'd paid. On a more positive note, the dress that I'd got tailored was beautiful, just needed to wear something like a vest under it as it was a bit scratchy and rigid, but I think that is to be expected due to the heavy embroidery. I'd recommend visiting the store for some lovely materials, but definitely inspect closely before finalising purchase.”

“Store is large and bright. Selection of Women's kids men's and home. Upstairs has a Costa coffee. Large home format approx 12 different rooms dressed and laid out with amazing modern ideas. Super large lighting department upstairs.”

“It's a long overdue review, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to New Look staff for being so friendly and helpful despite almost closing time! I cant remember the name of a lovely lady who helped me (she had dark hair and I think her name was indian!).

“As British Heart Foundation charity shops go, this is a pretty decent one. The book selection (what I go for mostly) is a bit small, but you can generally find some novel or other to read. There are also generally quite a few cookbooks to be found. I've never looked very carefully through the clothing, but they do do their best to keep the store looking neat and tidy and 'un-second hand'. The staff is also very friendly here.”

“I was served by Adam on Wednesday 18/06 i told him I wasn't interested in fashion I wanted something I could wear and fill comfortable in I wasn't interested in trendy names I particularly liked this new range of trainers from a new brand called ON I tried on 6 different styles they had in the shop Adam answered all questions didn't push me into buying a certain brand let me chose the one I liked I chose ON cloud trainers as I felt there were comfortable stylish looking not to expensive (compared to other brands like nike )i went home and the next day 19/06 took them back for a more expensive pair of on cloud trainers i was served by adam i exchanged them for another pair of on cloud trainers no problem at all no pressure i am very pleasedwith adam polite professional courteous no high pressure sales techniques just simply sold me a trainer i wanted to buy comfort not fashion well done adam shop was clean music was too loud staff were busy very impressed well done adam at jd sports luton I am very happy with on cloud trainers shop environment was good”

“We visited Fabeha fashions today at their shop in Luton as we have been invited to a wedding in India and we wanted to be sure we dressed respectfully. They were exceedingly helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. They made suggestions as to what we should wear and allowed us to try on as many different outfits and sizes to ensure we were all happy. They made what we felt would be a difficult task into a very enjoyable shopping experience. They even recommended another shop that we should visit to ensure our outfits were complete. “Airport far from London. It takes an hour to get there since you have to take the bus and train. It cost us £65 for six return tickets. 3 adults and three children. A theft.”
