Update: unfortunately I had to return items as 'friend' didn't like anything but staff was very helpful and returned items with no issue whatsoever.

“Click and collect service busy! Bit of a wait but they have a lot of collections/ returns going on. Really friendly helpful girl on her own working out front. Maybe an extra person helping when busy would have helped.”
