I recently tried to return an item, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member first claimed the item had been worn, but couldn’t provide any proof. I have been given wrong and cheap items twice instead of the ones i have paid for . I believe people working in warehouse intentionally doing this . Really disappointed with the service .

Staff were attentive and went beyond normal to help, high quality clothes bt do not stock many large sizes.
