Visited Halfords Bedford to buy a new car seat for my daughter, mainly because of their wide in-store range. Unfortunately, the customer service was really disappointing. Came for new plates a bit of a problems with paper work to start with but second visit was fine. Lovely lady at the desk. Very helpful. The plates were put on by a lovely lad called Cody. He was kind and very efficient. He was a very sweet young man and hard working.
