“Hi Came down from Windermere to see a car that was for sale, arrived after 4 1/2 hour drive and was greeted well and told where facilities were and given cups of coffee. Looked round the car and bought it.Paul's treatment of us could not have been better.The same was repeated yesterday when a came down by train two days later to collect my car. All the paperwork was ready to sign and the couple of little snags had been attended to. Can only but praise the standard of personal service given by Paul throughout my time at the showroom. Would certainly recommend him for his professionalism.”

I brought it to Ashely and he set reasonable expectations with me as it would take some investigation.He called me back the same day to say my car was fixed and realy to go for much less cost than expected.They are a trustworthy bunch and I'm very happy with the service.I won't take my car anywhere else now.”

“Came for new plates a bit of a problems with paper work to start with but second visit was fine. Lovely lady at the desk. Very helpful. The plates were put on by a lovely lad called Cody. He was kind and very efficient. He was a very sweet young man and hard working.”

“Contacted fuel medic after petrol was put in my diesel. Fuel medic were on scene in 20 minutes, drained the tank and put diesel in so that I could get to the petrol station. They did not try to sell me any other offers such as the cleaning agent. Friendly and prompt service. Hopefully won't have to use again but I would if I need to. Thanks again. Russ. Bedford.”

“Car booked for MOT and service. Drop off was quick and easy.
I got a phone call a few hours later to go through works that were needed. Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. Staff were very helpful and happily explained all of the work again to make sure I was happy when collecting the car.
Can’t fault them as they keep you informed and are happy to go through anything with you.”

“Went in earlier today to get some parts for my car and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. Super helpful, very knowledgable and explained everything in detail even showing me where the parts were on my car. Very rude customer though when leaving who got agitated because Frank had been helping me but it’s nice when people take the time to actually help rather than just throw the parts at you when you don’t have a clue! Left knowing a lot more and will hopefully return when I need more help.”
