Stayed here for one night on the way back from Cornwall to break the journey. Had to park a short walk away as the carpark was full but this was not a problem. Nice comfortable bed . Just had possibly our worst experience of a visit to a Hotel, The White Lion at Upton on Severn. We booked the hotel several months ago as we were visiting the wonderful Welland Steam fair, it was superb! Three of us have had a Sunday roast here, in White Lion. The service was really good, thanks to Kim, who looked after us so well. She was pleasant, friendly and very patient. The food quality and pricing was really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Will definitely coming back.
