I couldn’t make my appointment due to ill health and called and messaged to explain (on the day). The policy online said 50% charge for less than 24 hours notice . I then got charged the further 50% with it just being taken off my card?I do understand a charge, but 100% of the fee? I cannot see any other salon anywhere... read full comment
