“I haven’t been into an actual salon to have my haircut for well over 30 years. I trained as a hairdresser straight from school so I had been cutting and trimming it myself. However, I decided to book in with Ella to have my hair cut and blow dried, and she was amazing! We talked through to confirm what I wanted and then I had a lovely hair wash in the massage chair. She cut exactly the amount off, that I asked for and ensuring it was all blended in and then blow dried my hair and put a wave in. I left the salon feeling really really wonderful and Ella had made me feel special throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be returning to see Ella for my trims from now.”
