I booked in for my cat to be seen after she got into a nasty fight and was injured, originally she was booked in at 16:30 but I couldn’t make that appt due to her being stubborn and not coming in! I took my dog here for grooming and the result was awful. I asked for a nice short cut, not shaved. Instead, they only cut the top and left the bottom untouched. On the back, one side is short while the other side wasn’t even done. Very uneven and unprofessional. Absolutely would not recommend - terrible service.
