I eventually decided to order from the Birders Store because their pricing is competitive but also because they cater to the birding community specifically, whereas most other shops that sell optics also sell hunting / shooting supplies and I don’t particularly want to give any money to companies that enable the killing of birds and wildlife.I did have a small issue with the stay-on case, which was faulty, but I received excellent service from Bev, who liaised with Zeiss and organised a replacement item in a very short time.
