“We went into Trepass, Worcester, today to look for some walking shoes. There were several pairs on sale but unfortunately, the ones we tried on were too tight (despite being the right size). However, though we did not make a purchase, the male assistant who was working at 09:00am on Saturday 19th August was fantastic. He was really friendly, very helpful and seemed happy in his work. We were impressed by his attitude and he made us feel welcome in the store, which was well presented. Would definitely return to this store based on this experience.”

“I booked in for my cat to be seen after she got into a nasty fight and was injured, originally she was booked in at 16:30 but I couldn’t make that appt due to her being stubborn and not coming in! Thankfully and kindly the staff at the vets moved it to 18:00 and I managed to get there. The ladies on reception were so kind and caring and great with customer service. The two ladies in the picture handled my cat (Tinkerbell) with the best care! They were so good at their job and and created a stress free environment for her.
