I cannot speak for any other practices, but I was treated appallingly by Mr Sproson at the Worcester branch. He was very arrogant and condescending and didn’t seem to like the fact that I was educated about my own condition. Dr Sem Chin did my eye test, and was brilliant and explained everything to me making me feel so at ease, no rushing and making sure all my questions answered.
