Next online returns are a complete joke. Next support sent me a return label for Evri. I returned the item but didn’t receive a refund. After I followed up with Next online I was subjected to several useless advisors that kept asking for an Evri tracking number. Popped in today to buy some last minute children's shoes. It was 3pm, well before the 6 pm closing time. It was my first visit so I wasn't sure about the layout of the shop.
