Called in the morning following a puncture. Tyre wasn’t in stock but was in by 4pm as promised. Puncture was identified but unrepairable due to location. Mechanic used Tesla puck to raise the car. Started work on car immediately. Friendly professional service. Feedback plus screen evidence of work which needs doing before mot. Clearly explained. Will be booking in next week.

Messed me about with the time of the appointment. Told me the price was different when I got there and then when I showed them the price I had booked on line for my appointment changed it back.
