“Called in the morning following a puncture. Tyre wasn’t in stock but was in by 4pm as promised. Puncture was identified but unrepairable due to location. Mechanic used Tesla puck to raise the car. Effort was made to refit the disc locator bolt which wasn’t easy. Wheel trim refitted. Spacesaver put back in case and returned to the boot. What more could you want! Drove away happy!!”
