Mother forgot her pin, staff were helpful and arranged for new one to be sent out. Polite, well mannered and efficient service.

Ok my review score is 4 as I cannot fault the courteous and helpful staff at Worcester. BUT! What a nightmare, had the misfortune of being short changed £10 at a local atm. Rang the number back of my card from my landline. After waiting 20 min on hold got cut off! Another 30 min trip to the bank referred to the telephone... read full comment
