Lovely staff and experience, had a wedding present to wrap and the staff went beyond to make it perfect, especially Sarah. Would definitely go back!

Bought 2 helium filled balloons on Thurs afternoon. To get the 2 they had to inflate 5, as 3 were faulty. By Fri morning 1 of my 2 had deflated. Went back to the shop only to be told that i must have damaged it in transit as there was a hole in it. They didn't want to give a refund, for £3.49 ... awful quality of goods... read full comment
