Found the audio guide very useful, especially as one can pick and choose commentaries rather than having to slavishly follow a sequence. My main reason for writing this review, though, is to praise the staff, especially a lady called Mary. Without wishing to embarrass anyone, it isn’t often that one visits a venue and afterwards think that you will remember the help given (to a slightly stressed elderly couple) for a long time afterwards.”

Two floors of stock, generally 5-6 week lead times on orders, delivery (and collection of old) £50, includes set up and connection of power recliners. Call 2 weeks before, Friday deliveries. Helpful staff. Sale on now (Dec/Jan 23/24).We have bought one sofa, four recliners, cushions etc from here over the last 3 years.”

“Vanessa helped me find the perfect bathroom suite for my tiny box bathroom (1960 x 1700mm) There are so many choices, and with the limited space I kept going back and forth to really think about my options. Vanessa was very patient with me and did not push for the sale, reassuring me that it's a big decision and it's best to think about how you want your bathroom to work for you, everyone's different. I've had a Kudos Ultimate 2 shower panel fitted with a full return deflector panel, it looks very smart and works well in my small space. The delivery on all items were dispatched on time and Vanessa's after sales service was superb. Thanks again Vanessa for your excellent customer service.”

“It's a nice shop but they didn't have what I wanted. I was looking for a purple rug (not one in the shop) and purple curtains. Most of the curtains I couldn't use as I needed the old ones that take hooks.”

“Went for a stroll around last week , I was with a wheelchair user . Some of the aisles can be abit tricky to get around with things cluttered in the aisles or on the ends. We went up to the cafe for lunch after. 1 lift was out of order but the other was fine. We got a seat, tables are quite small & could have done with a double one to get the wheelchair user to the table more comfortably . Food was good . The gentleman serving always seems plain faced or annoyed when serving, he was helpful though so maybe that's just how he is.”

His hands-on approach, clear advice, and problem-solving skills were a game-changer. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
