However the coupons which are a cost to Tesco's and a distraction to customers are they really necessary. Simplyfie and focus on value for money would increase trade and overall customer satisfaction.”

“I can only rate as I find and its a nice little convenience store ive never had a problem there. They have a good selection of products. Ive never had to wait too long to be served and always been served politely. The only downside to me is some products are a little on expensive side, but then you sort of expect that and I just have to get them a bit later with my big shop”
