“Karen at Spar on Franche Road in Kidderminster is absolutely wonderful. She is always so pleasant, friendly, and genuinely helpful – nothing is ever too much trouble for her. It’s such a joy to be served by someone who goes the extra mile with a smile every time.”

“I have been visiting this store for a number of years and have always found it a convenient and helpful part of the community. The staff are always cheerful and prepared to chat if time allows. Their support for local residents during the lockdown was excellent. The new look after refurbishments is really impressive. Note to Google...Perhaps it would be a good idea to remove reviews older than 3 years...They do not inform on how a business is doing at present and can skew perceptions if any concerns have been noted and acted upon....”

“Although I don't use the shop too often, as it's not near my home, it's handy for quick visits, and passing trade, especially as you can usually park right outside. My friend tells me it has the cheapest beer in the area too.”

“Have used Franche Co op for years for the fresh bread. Their bread is absolutely 2nd to none. We travel from Wolverhampton to get it. If you do close, please, please Mr Baker open up your own shop ? ? ?”

“As a superstore, it has mostly all of the things that I need daily. But it does lack a few diversified brands of items like that you would otherwise find in Tesco Extras. Overall, it has all the amenities that are expected of a Tesco, like grocery, home and electrical items, toiletries, drinks, clothing, cafe, pharmacy, tesco mobile showroom, washrooms, cash machines, and so on. Petrol station is nearby. Entrance to its premises might be a little congested due to traffic sometimes. It should be OK if you avoid the peak hours. The car park has enough space to accommodate customer vehicles during peak hours, too. It is 3 hours of free parking with separate bays for electric vehicle charging, click and collect, wheelchair access, and parents with children. You might need to key in your parking code at the parking charge screens if your stay is longer. There is a bus station just across the parking which makes it easier to shop and travel by bus as well. Most importantly, a pound coin is needed here to borrow the trolley, which is slightly different from the Tesco in Stourport.”

“Fantastic shop to have on my estate. As usual, prices are reasonable, range of items good, and customer service excellent too. There's loads of parking spaces, out the front, and more on the side road. It contains a post office too, at your convenience. For someone like me, who is disabled, and can't go far, especially alone, it's actually a God send, used between their online delivery service.”
