After examining my ring, the news was as I expected, they would do the best repair possible - smooth the rough edges and try and polish the scuffs. I knew realistically the damage was enough that it would never quite be the same.On collecting the ring, it's like they've swapped it for a new one!! I can't see any sign of the dent, scuff or any scratches at all (from the accident or previous). It's sparkling shiny just like the day I bought it.
