“We recently purchased our wedding rings from H Samuel in Worcester and had to leave a review due to the wonderful customer service we received.When we ordered the rings, we were assisted by Garry. He was the most friendly and down to earth chap who advised us on which width rings would be best suited for us both, and he was spot on! We chatted for a long time about all sorts and left the shop feeling thrilled with our order and the wonderful person who had served us.We were kept updated about the progress of the rings, were contacted by phone once they had arrived at the shop for collection, and offered a date that suited us to collect them.When we collected the rings, we were served by Caroline. Again, an absolutely lovely sales assistant who didn't just give us the rings and take our money!
