Have been using this coffee shop for a while. Service always very slow; no matter if busy or not.
Had to remind barista that my drink was a large as she went to make a regular; again understandable if busy but it wasn?t.
This visit and my last visit, staff seem to be chatting to each other and moaning rather than trying to serve customers efficiently.
Tables not being cleared. This seems to be a common issue as each visit, there seems to be lots of tables needing to be cleared

Extremely busy with que to the door. Ordered a flat white and got given a flat latte. Clearly need to retrain to be able to make the coffee requested. Expensive for poor quality.

A typical Nero. Only draw back is it can be rather slow to serve you. You will need patience and plenty of time if there is a queue. Overall, food and coffee are still good.

Seemed like the woman ?manager? maybe? likes to shout at staff in front of customers. Member of staff who has brown hair and a beard didn?t seem to happy being treated this way in front of people.
Think serious management training needs to take place. Staff who served me was very polite and coffee was fantastic as always

Popped in for a last minute coffee late on a Sunday afternoon. We were the last customers, staff were polite and courteous.

I like neros although it's not my favorite coffee shop. On this occasion it was to busy for me I needed to sit down and there was no room at all.
It's not the stores fault I was just a bit disappointed. But will be back.

Take the pepper back out of my favourite cheese & ham toastie! Nearly took the top of my head off! Can't stand foods saturated with pepper. Spoilt my favourite toastie too ??

One of the better branches to visit, although most are good. Staff here are very friendly, and certainly very helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Just back from a cool coffee, poor service and NO croissants again. 1 on duty, very slow and a queue of 7 at 8.10a.m. on Saturday. Compare with Malvern Church Street which I give 5 stars every time.
