It can be a bit hit and miss with this Nero's. It is a regular venue for us, as a weekly coffee date on the way home from work. The manager is really pleasant and the staff used to be really good, but it's become a bit inconsistent lately. Ok if you want a Luke warm hot chocolate. Service mixed one member of staff friendly- othet not so!! . Chairs have seen better days. Not that clean. Will stick to Costa!!
