“I went to Halfords today to replace my front number plate and a stop/tail bulb , customer service was excellent from the start, I had a young lady called Jess who was a very pleasant , helpful, knowledgeable and competent.Would definitely recommend.”

“Visited the Evesham store today and it was very busy, I noticed Holly was working so hard and giving such fantastic customer service. I was lucky enough to be served by Holly, and she went above and beyond for me even though was very busy, and very little staff. I asked for a different size than I could find, in a Christmas jumper, and Holly looked on her stock to see if she could get me one, and it said there was one, so she went to the stock room to see if she could get one from there. There wasn’t any there, but Holly then went on to order the item for me, the whole time giving me excellent customer service. I felt it was important to let Next know what a wonderful member of staff they have working for them.”

“Shout out to Minty and Sally at Argos, Evesham. Excellent customer service. Minty greeted my mother and I (my mother has Alzheimer’s) He spoke gently and helped her get what she needed. Sally helped Mum to try on the item and made sure she was happy with it. I don’t get to see Mum do things for herself these days but it was a moment of watching her interact in a normal day to day situation that we take for granted ?. Mums forgotten we even went out but it’s a lovely moment for me ?”
