“After travelling to the MailBox in Birmingham to have my hair cut for many, many years I decided it was time to try and find a more local salon. HB Boutique is in my villiage and I’ve always thought how lovely it looked when I drove past and from their posts on socials. So I decided to go for it!! My appointment was with Kris and to say I’m thrilled with my cut is an understatement. A lovely hour was spent chatting and getting to know each other and Kris is so lovely. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly too, needless to say I’ll be going back. Thank you Kris!”

“Chapters!… Well what can I say, AMAZING! I contacted them last week about a hair mis-hap got a consultation for the very next day and whilst I was there I asked if they could get me in and I got a re-style including wash and dry, I rocked up in tracksuit bottoms, crocs and socks and a baggy t-shirt, I was treated the same as all the other clients they had in who were notably better dressed than me, I was feeling deflated about myself and my hair and the team; everyone who I came into contact with, were kind and courteous, I had a patch test and some samples of hair taken by Immy who also did my consultation and re-style, my hair came out silky smooth! I came back for my much awaited correction (of my own poor job) by the lovely Emilie, who gave me exactly what I wanted, then I had a blow dry by Kate who was great, I only had 15 mins before I needed to leave for another appointment and got she got another colleague to help dry my hair so I could leave in time for my next appointment (thank you so much) I can’t praise Chapters enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody!?????”

“Having had previous bad experiences at other salons I have not had a haircut for about 1.5 years.Booked in to Bobbypins as my daughter has her hair trimmed there. Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a wash, cut, blow dry & straightening. Claire was brilliant and actually listened to what had happened previously with my hair and what I wanted going forward.
