I laughed at the reviews about customer service then I went in for myself. The lady on the till was lovely, the one stacking the shelves was SO rude. I squeezed past her trolley to save her moving it - no issue - to then hear a mutter of, 'All you had to do was say excuse me!' The big bosses need to come in and do a little... read full comment
