He didn't attempt a search and said he couldn't help me because they were just retail, he then referred me to a plumbers merchant.I should have stuck to Screwfix first because I spoke to an extremely polite young lady named Emily who searched for the solution and was persistent until she got me exactly what I needed. It really was a pleasure dealing with this very professional member of staff.”

“Great lads working in the yard always helpful. Same with the counter service is very good. Only issue is pricing of products expensive. They should look after the trades people better and sort discounts because we keep you trading”
