“When lockdown was on the only supermarket who gave us priority to begin with, as my husband was classed as vulnerable, was Iceland. I like the fact if you order £35 or more online, then delivery is free. This time I went in to see what new things they had, as well as to buy some old favourites. I saved £13 on multibuys and a surprise £5 off (10% of my purchase) as over 60s discount on a Tuesday! Excellent value for money. And a friendly till assistant too”

“A great well stocked and clean store. Product are constantly updated and the store always feels inviting.Only annoying part of the shopping experience is the “singing cashier”.I understand some people find this acceptable and class it under “oh his friendly”, but customers with anxiety etc could find it difficult when trying to pay and the server is singing at top voice “and what’s your name and do you know the muffin man””

“As to be expected from a small local Tesco, the range in here is always fantastic for a store of its size. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and it's a go-to stop before any day out for me. The meal deal selection in this particular branch seems to always be better, thanks to its slightly more remote location in comparison to the other express stores in the town, making it a good place to go out of the way and get the meal deal combination you actually want rather than needing to settle for the scraps left behind by college students on Frome Road, or the post-4pm Sunday rush mess at the one nearer to the Extra store.”

“best supermarket to shop, very affordable prices and well below the competition, I always save money by buying at Aldi, fruits, vegetables and meat are always fresh, I always find what I need in my daily life, I wish they opened at 7:00, because it would be a time for workers to shop before starting their day.”

“Had a great experience here with the staff who were helpful when I got lost driving after my phone died. Especially the one (sorry didn’t get name) that went above and beyond to print out google maps so that I could get back safely! Excellent customer service.My only slight criticism is they could stock more Apple charging cables.”

“Great store , but toilets in cafe are truly disgusting . I went in the baby change facilities based in the cafe area and felt sick when I sore and smelt the overflowing nappy bin. Mentioned to the staff who said it wasn’t their job , I’m sure it is a cleaners job , probably a contractor , but honestly , if I was in charge of the cafe there I would have fine in with a face mask , rubber gloves and a bin liner and emptied that disgusting g bin fir the sake of Tesco customers , particularly as we’re still in technically in COVID . Shame on you Tesco Cafe Manager !! Won’t eat in there again . They were like it last week too !”

“Great staff but could do with more checkouts being open no point in self service when you got a trolley full and even if a small basket I still get asked to check items to make sure it's all paid for”
