“Good selection of products for the size of store. Toilets usually clean. Baby changing room is useful but often busy/dirty.

Customer Service counter usually understaffed or slow to action refunds/queries.

Carpark (90 mins free) registers entrance before zebra crossing but at some times there can be big queues to get in /out which can result in a (£40-£70) fine.”

“Lidl is a fantastic spot for affordable, high-quality groceries, and I absolutely love their pastry section. The bakery always smells inviting, and the croissants, pain au chocolat, and danishes are fresh, flaky, and delicious , easily my favourite part of the shop. The store is clean and well laid out, with great prices on everyday essentials and plenty of interesting specials in the middle aisle. Staff are efficient and the self-checkout makes things quick. A brilliant option for a tasty bargain shop”

“This is a larger Sainsbury's, so has almost everything you would expect to get from a large supermarket. Do check carefully for dates as some products have short dates (like many supermarkets nowadays!). Not too busy when I went, easy to get about. There's an Argos attached as well.”

“A Decent store that is not very big and there is a small carpark especially for one of the main shops in Peasdown and has only 1 blue badge space. The store is well stocked with a good range of products. There is a free cash point outside on the front of the store.”

“The co-op is extremely local to me, staff are friendly with a good selection of food and drink. The offers appeal to me as I am a student on a weekly food budget and can easily shop here to help plan for meals. The queue times can be a little long, more sales assistants on the tills would definitely speed up the process.”

“Marks & Spencer never fails to deliver on quality, whether you're shopping for stylish clothing, home essentials, or their renowned food range. The store is always tidy, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I particularly enjoy browsing the food hall, everything from their ready meals to bakery items is top-notch and consistently fresh. Staff are polite, helpful, and efficient at the tills. It’s a dependable and enjoyable shopping experience every time.”

“Great small stock of goods and amenities which is great it also has a small in store bakery so you can pick up your small bakery needs. Lovely election free from and vegan selection some wonderful selection of fruit but it is a bit varied at times. To sum it all it it’s a Tesco express which has everything you need if you are going in for a quick top up of food items and amenities”

“Handy shop for basic essentials. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Reason for 4 stars is the music that blares forth. I restrict going there now as I find it intolerable. Please Tesco, turn it down or preferably off altogether. It must be unbearable for some people with autism.”

“Very good local mid-sized store. It has a good fresh fruit and veg section as well as a big range of chilled produce and some frozen. Newspapers and magazines and a cash-machine.”

“Convenient store with parking round the rear of the shop. Shelves are normally well stocked but probably the freezer section could be a bit bigger - a whole aisle dedicated to alcohol seems a bit excessive but I guess they know their market! They have a cash machine inside for free cash withdrawals too. This was handy on my last visit as they weren't accepting card payments.”

“Great quality and overall VFM; always bargains to be found and using a Sparks card certainly helps; a free shopping week this week, which was both an unexpected and relatively high value bonus; staff treat one like an individual and aim to please; and easy access with free car parking at hand. What more could one wish for?”

“Wonderful staff found liquorice allsorts and prunes whilst bagging up the shopping for an elderly friend. The two young members of staff behind the till at 3.45 on the 26th August were amazing.”

“This is a great small supermarket with most of the things you would expect. There is also a post office counter, a cash machine inside and also a place to recycle your soft plastics. Parking is to the side and back, there isn't much of it and it's a little tight for those of you with big cars. The staff here are friendly and helpful. All in all a good store.”

“Good store and friendly staff. Impressed that with restrictions lifting that they are keeping the one way system in place. Also, its good to see that they offer things to wipe down baskets and put gel on your hands. My only bug bear is that since they have the screens near the tills there is no where to load your shopping properly. No one expects them to remove the screens at all, but there could be an easily wipeable table so it could make packing bags a bit easier.Other than that everything is very good... :)”

“I was visiting Bath for the weekend and needed to purchase a birthday cake and candles .
The young man who helped me was called Kai .
He was very friendly, polite ,engaging and showed me where the items were.
I highly commend his manner and professionalism.
Thank you .”

“Good choice of interesting wines, cheeses and fresh meats. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the amount of times their special offers don't ring up a the checkout.”

“This is our nearest convenience store, with several parking spaces behind. They stock most things I might need at short notice. Customer service can vary (depends who you get), but I went today at 0830 and the young man on the till was charming.”

“Reduced flowers were perfect for valentines day, a steal at only a fiver...Nice staff and can get everything you need for birthdays from here, cheap prosecco and cake. Bangin”

“Doesn't look very big from the outside but it's actually a decent size. Well stocked and a good selection of vegan food. Great location, right in the centre of Bath.”

“Great choice for the 3.50 "meal deal" - everything very clearly labelled as to what is in the meal deal and what isn't, unlike some other brands who muddle up the "included" and the "not included" on the same shelf - no doubt in the hope that you'll choose a "not included" item by mistake and only discover at the checkout that the bill is 6.35 instead of 3.50. And if you are hungry you can even have the jumbo sausage roll as your included snack.”

“This store is such a pleasure to use, there are lots of young enthusiastic cheerful polite and patient staff. It’s really striking how positive and hard working they are. It makes the chore of collecting amazon parcels or top up shopping into a pleasure. Someone needs to tell the coop what great staff it has, and hopefully the coop can let the staff know their niceness and cheerfulness is noticed and appreciated.”
