Stylist was abrupt, gave reference photos with full choppy fringe, hair was cut too short, not choppy and looks although a child went crazy with scissors, really knocked my confidence

What a fantastic team the Peppers team are! It is always a pleasure to visit the salon and be greeted by such a lovely group of people. Both me and husband have been going to Peppers hair and beauty for several years now and would not go anywhere else. In both the hair and beauty side the team have always been very accommodating and have also sought to fulfill our requests during our appointments. (I can be a little indecisive and change my hair colour often and both Tina and Ellie have always been great with this).During my most recent visit with Ellie she did a fabulous job on colouring my hair a lovely shade of brown. Bless my husband he has yet to stop hearing me rave about how much I love both the colour and cut.

Natasha was really helpful, I came in a bit nervous, and she did really well to calm my nerves. She asked questions about my hair and made sure I knew what I was getting. I'm so happy with the service, I'm going to make this my regular hairdressers!

I had the most amazing experience doing my hair at Peppers! I did my hair with Natasha, and she had taken time to find out what I wanted and showed me different options I could have . In the end, my hair looks amazing and soft. I have gotten so many compliments after my hair was done!I definitely recommend it! Everyone in the salon is so nice and welcoming as well.

I didn't get what I asked for, and was led to believe that the hairdresser could give me the style I asked for. Left feeling disappointed and like I had wasted a lot of money for what was essentially a trim. I have since spent half the money on the exact haircut I asked for. The hairdresser was shocked at what had been done my hair and what I had paid. I don't recommend.

Bit of a disappointment this time, didn't come out with what I asked for and that was only to thin the hair round my ears. I did ask but got 'told off' . One side is slightly shorter than the other, again second time this has happened. I did come away with a sore neck from where she got a bit over zealous with the clippers this was the second time this had happened. My husband had to finish off the neck as bits had been missed.Lovely hairdresser but don't think I will be going back again.

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had yesterday with Ellie. She is a credit to your salon and I'm looking forward to seeing her in 6 weeks. I was so impressed I booked before I left. Have used Peppers a few times now for hair appointments and I am really pleased with the service. My hair is in even better condition since I switched to going to there. I have also used Pepper's for a manicure and Destiny was great. I've since booked another appointment with her. The overall service at Pepper's is fantastic.

Been going to Cris at Peppers since moving to Trowbridge in 2016. The whole team are very friendly and approachable, very easy to talk to which creates a lovely atmosphere. Fantastic Guinot facial lift by Rosemary as always , brilliant results , beautiful products ! would recommend without hesitation . my granddaughter also has microdermabrasion and it's worked wonders with her problem skin
